Blessed with remarkable talents, a "Hot" body and dashing handsome looks to match, Richard Olivier is destined to be a rising star in 2015.

He was most recently featured in a one full spread article in page #30 of Pompano Today! (February 2015 publication http://bit.ly/1N3mxT7) Which dubbed the rising star as entertainments next "RENAISSANCE MAN", although the star would have preferred the title of "Sexiest Man Alive" lol ha ha ha

Richard was also featured in a online press article in "LOOK TO THE STARS!". (https://www.looktothestars.org/news/13517-richard-oliver-jr-talks-charity) where he had an opportunity to sit down with the magazine and talk about his humble climb to fame and fortune, and his personal and deep connection to the many charities that he supports.

But Richards humble beginnings began many years agao when he was first introduced to the world as a singer, songwriter and performer, clearly displayed with his very 1st Independent album "FREAKY MON". (released in 2008) The album a mixture of Hip-Hop, Reggae and R&B Soul, received huge applause and accolades from new fans and music listeners alike for its originality, versatility, truth and honesty as a whole.

Some have called Richard a rare and true artist, a diamond in the ruff who is multi-talented in his own right, while others have called him a true "Genius!". A fan wrote: “His music is heaven-sent as is he; a prolific songwriter producer, composer and all around true artist” – Michelle

Upon its release Richard’s album “Freaky Mon” began climbing up the indie music charts at a rapid pace. His single "FREAKY MON" climbed up the College Charts and held steady at number 12 over his many admirer's ROGUE TRADERS - Better In The Dark (Columbia/Sony), SKILLET - Comatose Comes Alive (Atlantic/WEA) and THE KILLERS - Day & Age (Island/UMG). Richards second Hot single "ACAPELLO" was the #1 Most Requested Single for Two Weeks straight on the Qyk-Top 40 radio station!.

"ACAPELLO" was labeled as a (Future Hit) by STS sound scan as it blazed up the indie charts hitting 2 Main Charts in the same week!, The AC/Hot AC Main Chart and the Top 40 Main Charts among many others. (STS stats Available Upon Request)

Richard Olivier wrote, produced and arranged the tunes, "Uck Em", Can't Trust This Girl", "Ohh", "Work Those Hips", "I'm Tired", "That's How Much I Love You", "Everything I Have", What I'm Doing To You", "Keep The Faith", and more... All of which you will hear on his second follow up album entitled: "EVERYTHING I HAVE", which features over "16 Hot Single Releases!".

Not satisfied with being confined to strictly singing, songwriting and music production, Richard surprised many when he decided to attend The New York Film Academy, where he began displaying considerable talents both as a dramatic and comedic actor and as a screenwriter, director and film producer starring in short films such as “2 Minutes & 30 Seconds”, “Love & Confrontation”, as well as a Documentary Feature film that he produced on Hurricane Katrina entitled: “New Orleans, We Won’t Forget About You” which screened at the NYFA and the famed Anthology Film Archives Theater to a packed house.

The audience loved the film that was filled with humanity, compassion and truth narrated by Richards amazing voice. Ironically on such a serious topic, the film was also filled with laughter as Richard touched on how the media handled the Katrina Tragedy in the voice of Chris Rock!.

With the success of these screenings Richard then knew that he was now married to both music and film, clearly displayed in the soundtrack and music score that he wrote and produced for exclusively for the documentary film entitled: “We Won’t Forget About You”, What If We Were Them”, “A People Forgotten”, “Keep The Faith”, These Sad Times (Instrumental)

While he continued in the film, acting, directing and screenwriting genre, Richard would reached the top of his career with a defining, hilarious and unforgettable performance in his comedy show pilot, as the legendary Dr. Phil from the hit program “The Dr. Phil Show”, produced by another idol of his “Oprah Winfrey”.

In preparation for the role Richard would spend weeks and months studying the iconic figure, and when the moment came he nailed the celebrity in a hilarious off the wall comedy sketch entitled: “Dr. Phil Saves A Marriage” the 3rd sketch (of 4 total) filmed for his new comedy sketch pilot project funded by kickstarter (13.5k) entitled: “The Rhyme Impersonator Show”.

Over 5 hours in the make-up chair and worth every minute as this character reminded his fans that Richard would not be easily defined.

Born Richard Oliver Jr. on May 3, 1971 in Bronx, NY, Richard was raised by his Jamaican parents mother Sherlie, a insurance bank agent and father Richard Sr., a Maintenance worker at a local hospital in NYC.

Richard the only son with 2 sisters had a modest upbringing by his parents, and it was from them that he learned nurtured and harnessed his hard work ethics to his artistic craft. His mother worked 2 jobs for over 20 years and his father had one job but also a part time air conditioning business that he would conduct on the side for extra income in the household.

Growing up richard was always a curious child, his parents even thought he was a bit strange, and would often provide him with things to occupy his time, for his mother it was casio keyboard, on his fathers it was things pertaining mainly to math and law, because his fathers dream was for his son to become a lawyer and while in college Richard would later take a course in business law and paralegal studies where he excelled in his class with modest grades and a great GPA.

But then while in college Richard would discover the Drama Dept. and he signed up for it and loved it!, and began starring in various stage plays performing for his fellow students. He discovered that the law field was not his calling, and much to his fathers disappointment he put it down to attend film school at the famed NYFA (New York Film Academy)

While in film school he worked various temp jobs, and he would later pick up an acoustic guitar and loved it!, and his artistry began to fly even higher. What was remarkable is that Richard never took a lesson and was playing the most beautiful chords while having no idea of what key he was playing in.

“Beautiful and passionate songs would soon flow out me with sheer inspiration, songs that I could just feel from the inner most debts of my soul, somehow music just seemed to find me I never went looking for it”.  – Richard

Richard would later take a few professional lessons and then his songwriting abilities began to excel, writing and compiling over 600 songs or more to his credits, some of which he selected and recorded for his first debut album “Freaky Mon”.

After the successful post production completion of Richards Comedy Show entitled: “The Rhyme Impersonator Show”, Richard would submit his PILOT" & "HOT SIZZLE REEL" to 2 major film festivals, in addition to various TV Networks, Production Houses and Ancillary Markets to hopefully get the show picked up.

To keep the buzz for the show going strong Richard switched his gears to broadcasting and became a celebrity and online radio host for his show The Rhyme Impersonator Show, and he produced a very popular weekly online Blog Talk Radio show entitled: The Rhyme Impersonator Radio Show that broadcasted live in hi-definition stereo (Monday’s EST 6:30pm -7:30pm)

With his radio show platform and help from a good publicist Richard was able to successfully establish himself as a celebrity host interviewing celebrities such as Hollywood Actress: "Nikki Reed" (https://www.facebook.com/nikkireedtr) from the Twilight Series, Empire State, Lords of Dogtown etc… "Ghostface Killah" (http://youtu.be/7gaDUlvgHuo?t=4s) from the legendary Rap Group: Wu-Tang Clan and comedian "Aasif Mandvi" (http://youtu.be/vGpA31qSEX0) featured on the Daily Show with John Stewart), Celebrity Bollywood Actress: "Neelkanti Patekar" wife of the legendary Bollywood actor "Nana Patekar", Celebrity fashion Designers "Betty Holland", and "Jason Christopher Peters", (from this years NYC Fashion Week 2015). PLUS accomplished international artists from Japan such as "Tomoyuki Ono" President of JCAA () and Asahiko Hiramatsu", the son of of the famed Japanese contemporary artist: "Teruko Hiramatsu" just to name a few…

Richard Olivier without a doubt is indeed a huge force to be reckoned with in 2015!. He's a "Mega Solo-Entertainment Powerhouse Package!" a virtual a "COMMODITY" destined to reach great heights in the entertainment industry, and his name is simply, Richard Olivier…
